We're looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Business Office Manager to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our client experience, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing our sales potential.

What You'll Do:

  • Sales and Lead Management:
    • You'll be the first point of contact for many of our potential clients, so your ability to connect with people and convey the value of our services is crucial.
    • You'll manage incoming leads from various sources, nurture their interest, and guide them through our sales pipeline.
    • You'll conduct initial sales calls, schedule consultations, and track progress to ensure we're converting leads into happy clients.
    • Previous experience selling health and wellness services is a big plus!
  • Client Experience Champion:
    • You'll manage our providers' schedules, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
    • You'll handle all client communication with a friendly and professional demeanor, whether it's on the phone, via email, or through our online platforms.
    • You'll maintain accurate client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.
  • Operations Guru:
    • You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
    • You'll manage billing and payments, track key metrics, and generate reports to help us monitor our progress.
    • You'll maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients.
